This original hand painted alcohol ink is painted on 4x6" glass. It's on the back of the glass from a picture frame. By putting a white background I am able to eliminate the translucent look of ink on glass. Really cool.
This is a labor of love for me - a hobby not a job! Trying to avoid boredom. I don't remember how I found alcohol ink art - probably on Pinterest since I LOVE it. I'm a little obsessive LOL when I start new projects so I have been studying and learning techniques. I'm turning my den into a studio! It's an ever evolving process and I am challenged by it. I need and love a challenge! Hopefully my journey will be fun and interesting for me and you! Check in often for my newest projects. Ideas are always welcome. Colors, items to paint? Needs to be non absorbent. I'll try anything! Working now on coffee mugs, bowls, margarita glasses, place mats. So many ideas so little time! Back to painting ;).
